LOCKPORT, Jan. 10-The funeral
of Joseph Zapp, 64, of 125 Irving
street, who died Wednesday evening
at his home after a brief illness with
pneumonia, will be held tomorrow
morning at 8:30 o'clock at the home
and at 9 o'clock at St. John's church.
Burial will be m St. Patrick's cemetery.
Mr. Zapp was born in Germany but
came here as a young man. For the
last 14 years he had been employed
by the Jefferson Union corporation
and its successor, the Lockport Fittings
company. Prior to that he was
an employe of the old Indurated Fibre
corporation for 15 years. He was a
member of Lockport Aerie, 825, F.
O. E.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Amelia
Zapp; three sons and two daughters,
Louis, Joseph, jr., and William Zapp,
lira, George Bonier and Mrs. William
Tucker, and one brother, John Zapp,
all of Lockport.
