  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 12/26/1983 Edward Zebulske Jr., a former North Tonawanda alderman, died Saturday in DeGraff Memorial Hospital. An alderman of the former 6th ward in the mid-1960s, Mr. Zebulske, 54, was owner and operator of Zebulske Tax and Insurance Agency on Payne Avenue in the city. The flag at City Hall was lowered to half staff by Mayor Betty Hoffman because of the death. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Fretthold Funeral Home in North Tona- wanda.
