  July 21, 2013 William B. Smith Lockport Union-Sun & Journal SPRING HILL, FL — William B. Smith, 87, of Spring Hill, FL, passed away July 11, 2013. He was born August 17, 1925. Bill was a life member of the South Lockport Fire Company for over 30 years. He was also a charter member of the South Lockport Exempts Association. William was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret (Steblein) Smith and his son, Billy Smith. He is survived by his son, Peter W. Smith (Kimberly), Lockport, NY; son, Paul J. Smith, Spring Hill, FL; daughter, Ruth M. Smith, Winter Haven, FL; two beloved granddaughters, Jennifer Kuzma (Kevin), Sara Smith and his great-grandchildren, Kaleigh and Ethan Kuzma. In lieu of flowers, donations in William's memory may be made to HPH Hospice Foundation Department, 12107 Majestic Blvd., Hudson, FL 34667-2455; or to South Lockport Fire Co., 5666 South Transit Rd., Lockport, NY 14094.
