SYPOSS - Andrew Syposs, 70,
of 8 Morgan St, Tonawanda, died
Saturday night (April 6, 1963) in
DeGraff Memorial Hospital after
a brief illness. He was born in
Hungary and had lived in Tona- quest from a dentist who wanted
wanda most of his life. He had
operated a delicatessen store at
Young and Delaware Streets, Ton-
awanda, for the past 13 years.
He was a member of St. Francis
of Assisi Church and of the Eldredge
Club. He is survived by
his wife, Isabella (nee Dischinger)
Syposs; two sons, Andrew William
Syposs of the Town of Tonawanda
and Chauncey Robert
Syposs of Tonawanda; a brother,
Nicholas Syposs of Lakeland,
Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia
Strickland of Daytona Beach,
Fla., and Mrs. E. B. Allen of Kenmore;
seven grandchildren, three
great-grandchildren. Friends may
call 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at Hilliard
Funeral Home Inc., 147 Delaware
Si, Tonawanda, where
prayers will be said at 9 a.m.
Wednesday, and at 9:30 in St
Francis Church, the Rev. Wilbur
Yaeger officiating. Burial in
Mount Olivet Cemetery.
