WILSON - Glenn S. Myers,
72, of 4206 Eide Road, died
unexpectedly Wednesday (Oct.
22, 1969) at his home, of apparent
natural causes,
Mr. Myers was bom July 16,
1897, son of the late Oliver and
Martha Myers, in the Town of
Porter.
He had worked for the Kim
berly-Clark Corp. in Niagara
Falls until h i s retirement;
before that he had operated a
farm in the Town of Porter.
He is survived by his wife,
Laura (Zilm) M y e r s ; a
daughter, Mrs. Lincoln (Ruth)
Smith, and one son, Marvin A.
Myers, both of Wilson; a sister,
Mrs. Ida Colliver of Ransomville;
10 grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held
at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Hardison
Funeral Home, Wilson,
with the Rev. Frederick Savage
of the Exley United Methodist
Church officiating. Burial will
be in Oakland Rural Cemetery.
Friends may call at the
funeral home at 7 p.m. today
and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9
p.m. Friday.
