Harold F. Wagner, 89, entered into rest on January 18, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston. He was born July 5, 1925 in Wolcottsville, New York to the late Henry and Clara (Beurhing) Wagne. A lifetime member of St. Michael's Church in Wolcottsville, he married his late wife, Evelyn Heim there on June 17, 1950, where he served faithfully as a Board Chairman, Trustee, Cemetery Caretaker, and Volunteer. He was a lifetime member of The Wolcottsville Fire Company where he held the offices of President, Vice-President, and Treasurer for 27 years. Harold worked on a farm in his early years and at National Gypsum and Harrison GMC. He retired after 30 years from Norco Machine and Sheet Metal.
Harold is predeceased by his beloved wife, Evelyn and is survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends and relatives are invited to a Memorial Service at 3 pm on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 6379 Wolcottsville Rd., Akron. The family would appreciate donations in Harold's name to St. Michael's Lutheran Church, and The Wolcottsville Fire Company, P.O. Box 187, Akron, NY 14001.
