Theodore Martin Floyd, Jr., died Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011. He was 76.
Theodore was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Sylvia Floyd; siblings Richard A. Floyd, Laurel Brod and John T. Floyd.
He is survived by brother James P. (Rae Ann) Floyd; sister Ruby/Chris (Marcel) Legros; children Michael S. Mora, Renee Y. (Craig) Hall, Ricardo D. Floyd, Larry M. (Stephanie) Smith, Tammy L. (Bob) Ury, Michele R. (Tom) Apps, Lona S. (Todd) Combs and Ashley Cordwell; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Theodore will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
He was an avid dancer, socializer and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He enjoyed an occasional Jack and coke, hunting, fishing, camping, gambling and playing pool. He also enjoyed 4 o’clock coffee with the ladies at his residence and Saturday night with the fellas. He was a free spirit and enjoyed life, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lutheran Collier Hospice Center in Wheat Ridge, in his memory.
A wake will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at Smokin’ Joe’s, 4700 Kipling St., in Wheat Ridge.
A memorial service will take place at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, at Sunset Meadows II, 595 Ledford St., in Craig.
