- Gloria A. Cortellini, 76 of Montgomery, AL., formerly of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on August 25, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family under the care of Baptist Hospice in Montgomery, AL. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Mario F. and Pauline (Zuccari) Cortellini.
Gloria attended local schools and was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. She was employed with National Fuel Company in Niagara Falls for 40 years in the Human Resources Division. She also was the proprietor of For All Occasions in Niagara Falls for 20 years.
Gloria enjoyed gardening, tending to her home and spending time with her family especially her nieces and nephews.
Gloria was predeceased by her sister, Geraldine (Virgil) Cross. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Gary (Kim) Cross, Virgil (Dina) Cross and Gloria (Lee) Coleman as well as several great-nieces, great-nephews, 1 great-great-nephew, 1 great- great-niece and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 30th from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
