Irwin and Walter Lapp of Saskatoon,
Sask , and Mrs. Iva Lowe. Batavia,
N. Y. He Is also survived by seven
grandchildren. Funeral from the residence
of Mrs. Mae Scott. 1159 Haeberle
Ave. Saturday. May 5. 1945 at 2 p. m.
Major Ernest Bazendale officiating.
Interment In Memorial Park cemetery.

Stricken with a heart attack,
William Henry Lapp, 55, of the
Saunders Settlement road, died un-
expectedly yesterday afternoon while
at work at the plant of the Carborundum
company. A native of
Buffalo, he had resided here 34
years and was employed by the
Carborundum company for 13 years.
Mr. Lapp is survived by his wife,
Mrs. Anna Lapp; three sons, John
Lapp, of this city, Corporal Floyd
Lapp, with the U.S. Army in Eng-
land, and Fireman Second Class
Leonard Lapp, with the U.S. Navy
in New Orleans; three daughters,
Mrs. Elsie Reld, of this city, and
Mrs. Emily Reid and Mrs. Mildred
Shearer, of Lewiston, N.Y.; four
brothers, John Lapp, of this city,,
George Lapp, of Texas, and Irvin
and Walter Lapp, of Saskatoon,
Sask.; a sister, Mrs. Iva Lowe, of
Batavia, N.Y., and seven grand-
children.
Funeral services will be held at
the home of Mrs. Mae Scott, 1159
Haeberle avenue, at 2 p.m. Friday,
with Major Ernest Baxendale, of
the Salvation Army, officiating. In-
terment will be made in Memorial
Park cemetery.
