WILSON — Services will be
held at 2 p.m. Tuesday for
Fred Thilk, 87, of 245 Lake St.,
this community, who died Satu
r d a y (April 25, 1964) at home
after a long illness.
Mr. Thilk had been a farmer
in Chestnut Street until his
retirements 17 years ago. He
was born Jan. 8, 1877, in the
Town of Lockport, the son of
Joseph and Nina World Thilk.
His wife, Jennie M. Woodcock
Thilk, died in 1957.
Surviving are two sons, Norman
J. Thilk. this community;
Ransom D. Thilk, Buffalo; two
brothers, Herman Thilk. this
community, and Frank Thilk
Lockport; a sister, Mrs. Lloyd
Washburn, Lockport; and two
grandchildren.
The family will be present
from 2-4 and 7-9 at the
Hamilton and Clark Funeral
Chapel where services will be
conducted by Rev. Ernest
Kerrison of the Exley Method-
ist Church. Burial will be in
North Ridge Cemetery.
