  Niagara Gazette - 3/31/1965 Fred H. Currie, 51, of 65 A St., died in Memorial Hospital Tuesday (March 30, 1965), after an illness of six months. He lived here 25 years. He was born in Lewiston, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herbert H. Currie. He was a furnace operator at the Acheson Graphite plant here for 25 years. He was a member of the LaSalle Sportsmen's Club. Survivors include his wife, LaRue, at home; one daughter, Sharon Currie, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Blackwell, S a n b o r n ; Mrs. Florence Seigrist, Lewiston, and Mrs. Emily White, Tonawanda. services will be conducted at the Lane Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Saturday by Rev. Fred House,' minister of the First Methodist Church." Burial will be In Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 p.m. to 5 p.nv and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
