L O C K P O R T J o h n - D a v i d,
Hensel. 78, of Lower Mountain
Road, Town of Lockport, a re-
tired factory worker, died
Thursday (Oct. 5, 1961) after
a lengthy illness.
Mr. Hensel. born May 30.
1883, at Wolcottsville, retired
about 10 years ago after being
employed at the Upson Co.
Previous to t h a t , he had
worked at the United Paper
Board and Carton Co, here.
He was the husband of the
late Mrs. Jennie Plant Hensel,
who died in 1932 and of the
late Mrs. Irene Eldreidge Hen-
sel. who died jn 1955.
Survivors include a daughter
and a son, Mrs. George W.
Davis. Town of Lockport, and
J. Carter Hensel. Lockport;
two stepsons. Clifford Eld-
ridge: Lockport and Daniel
Eldridge. Saginaw. Mich.;
brother. Frank Hensel, Port
Huron. Mich.; and two grandchildren.
Very Rev. L. Russell Foster.;
dean of Niagara and minister
of Grace Episcopal Church.;
will conduct services at 10
a.m.. Saturday at the Taylor
& Reynolds Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Glenwood
Cemeterv.
