  Janet M. “Tootie” Fleming (Schmeichel) age 83, of North Tonawanda, June 2, 2018 after a brief illness. She was a life-long member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She was the wife of the late Thomas Fleming. Beloved mother of Jackie (Robert) Malinowski and Terri Fiore. Grandmother of Shannon, Thomas and Edward Malinowski, and Gianna and Daniella Fiore. Sister of Robert (Mabel) Schmeichel and the late Velma Hy. Aunt of several nieces and nephews. She is survived by many loving friends. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda on Tuesday from 4-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday beginning at 8 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice or St. Paul Lutheran Church.
