  Niagara Gazette - 3/21/1962 MIDDLEPORT-Mrs. Edith P. McCabe, 72, wife of Philip A. McCabe, 30 Church St., died Tuesday (March 20, 1962) in Medina Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for four weeks. She was born March 3,1890, in Medina, daughter of August and Agusta Stahl Schraeder. She was a member of St. Stephen's Church and altar society. Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Philip Emmett McCabe, and daughter, Mrs. Francis Kubatek, both of Middleport, and a sister, Mrs. Albert Hall, of Point Breeze, N.Y.; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Wallace and Health Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Friday and also at 10 a.m. at St. Stephen's Church by Rev. William J. Donnelly. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Thursday.
