- Frances I. Meeker, 82, passed away on July 14, 2020 at Elderwood at Wheatfield in Niagara Falls, NY. Born in North Tonawanda, NY, she was the daughter of the late George Staub and Hazel (Shultz) (late George) Stiles.
Frances married Karl Meeker at Saint James United Methodist Church in Niagara Falls, NY. Mr. Meeker predeceased her in 2006. In her spare time, Frances enjoyed playing Bingo and making crafts.
Frances is survived by her children, Stefan (Margo) Kundl, Connie (Jeff) Krueger, and Susan (Russell) Jackman II; her grandchildren, Jenny (Brian) Scarpina, Shannon Krueger, Matthew Krueger, Katie (Neil) Canterbury, Jessica-Lynn Siracuse, Russell (Arden) Jackman III, and Tyler Jon Jackman; seven great-grandchildren, her brother, Carl (Linda) Stiles, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband of 18 years, Frances was predeceased by her grandchildren, Robert Hathaway and Chris Kundl, as well as her siblings, George (Carol) Staub and Paul (late Jane) Staub.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 20th from 10 AM to 12 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304 where funeral services will be held at 12 PM. Due to current circumstances, social distancing and masks will be required to adhere with current regulations.
