SCHILLING — Funeral services for Clarence E . Schilling were held Wednesday afternoon at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Gasport, with the Rev,Paul H. Nemeschy officiating.The bearers were Walter Seelbinder, Clyde Alport, Wesley Hudson, Frank Johnston, Charles Gaskill and Ray Gaskill. Burial was in Hartland Central Cemetery.

C E. Schilling Fatally Stricken
GASPORT—Clarence E. Schilling, 60, of 13 West Ave., died unexpectedly Sunday (Nov. 18, 1956) after suffering a heart attack in Niagara Sanatorium, Lockport, where he had been a patient for two days.
Born in the Town of Hartland, Mr. Schilling was the son of Henry and Mary Ballard Schilling. He had resided in this vicinity all his life. He was a member of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church and of Medina Lodge No. 217, IOOF>
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Fried Schlegel Schilling; a daughter, Mrs. A. William Hamilton, Pine Bush, N.Y.; three grandchildren; two brothers, William Schilling, Lockport, and Ernest Schilling, Barker' a sister, Mrs. Frank Sheriff, Hartland; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday at the Wallace & Heath Funeral Home, Middleport. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday a the Zion Evangelical Church, Gasport, by the Rev. Paul H. Nemesthy. Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery.
