  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 6/23/1925 Lockport, June 23.-The body of Howard Stahl, nineteen, Royalton Center, drowneu yesterday morning in Cothran's pond, Chestnut ridge, was recovered at noon today, twenty-six hours after the young man lost hid life while swimming. The body was found by an uncle of the boy, August Pittler, Jr., also o f Royalton Center, who grappled with the help of a hook attached to a long rope. It was some distance from where the boy had gone down.
