Born on January 3, 1923, to Milton E. and Winifred (nee Kohler) in North Tonawanda, NY. Beloved mother of Susan Miramon, Linda (Richard) Petrosino, and Michael (Susan Luke) Miramon. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Michelle) Petrosino, Richard (Jenene) Petrosino, Adam Silva-Miramon, and Sergeant First Class Sean Silva-Miramon. Loved Nana of great-grandchildren, Dominic, Anthony and Julianna Petrosino. Treasured sister of Geraldine Heller (nee Karre) and the late LaVerne Karre. Sister-in-law of Barbara Nowocien (nee Drake) and the late James Heller. Aunt to nieces Holly Jeffrey, Cindy (Dennis) Gaston, Karen Toye and Margaret (Greg) Kantor; and nephews, Jeffrey (Sharon Barrett) Heller, Gregory (Donna) Karre, Christopher Karre and Paul (Peggy) Karre, and the late Walter Trimble, Barry Karre and Kevin Karre. Many great-nieces and great-nephews. Dear cousin of Edna Marie Harber (nee Drake). Mom was an avid reader rarely seen without her Nook. She also enjoyed a good cup of coffee, a good cocktail and a really good game of pinochle. One of the last surviving members of the Inter Amicas Club of North Tonawanda, founded March 10th, 1938, by a group of North Tonawanda High School girls, who until recently met on a regular basis. They celebrated their 50th Anniversary in 1988.
