WILSON-Emmet Sweet, 59,
of 4280 Willow Road, this community,
died Tuesday (May 4.
1965) at his home after suffering
an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Sweet had been in ill
health for several years. He
was born April 23, 1906 in the
Town of Newfane the son of
William W. and Florence Capen
Sweet.
He had been a farmer in
this community all of his life.
He married Marjorie Swick in
June 1941,
He was a member of the
First Baptist Church of this
community.
Besides his widow, he is survived
by six sisters, Mrs. Ethel
Geesin, Newfane, Mrs. Seva
Burns and Mrs. Ruth Luff,
both of this community, Mrs.
Sadie Parker, Lockport, and
Mrs. Elaine Carlton, Skaneateles;
and Mrs. Marion Hall,
Lockport; two brothers, Harold
Sweet, Lockport, and Durward
Sweet, Newfane.
The family will be present
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the
Hamilton and Clark Funeral
Chapel where services will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Friday by
Rev. Harold Faba. Burial will
be in North Ridge Cemetery.
