  Niagara Gazette - 9/15/1943 LOCKPORT-Mrs. Ida M. Swick, 80, wife of Arthur E. Swick, 100 Pound street, died yesterday afternoon at Lockport City hospital after a brief Illness with a heart affliction. A native of Shelby, N. Y., Mrs. Swick resided many years in the Town of Wilson before coming to Lockport 20 years ago. She was a member of the Women's Christian Temperance Union and the First Baptist church. Besides her husband, Mrs. Swick Is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Clyde Lltchard, Buffalo; Miss Iva M. Swick, school teacher. Niagara Falls, and Miss Tessle D. Swick, at home, and a son, William E. Swick, Mlddleport, N. Y. Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Prudden funeral home, 242 Genesee street. Burial will be in North Ridge cemetery.
