  November 21, 2011 Benny A. Critelli Niagara Gazette McMINNVILLE, OR — Benny A. Critelli, 78, of McMinnville, OR, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, died at his home on October 18, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late John and Josephine (Tedesco) Critelli. Benny attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1951. He worked at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company as a machine repair mechanic for 15 years. Benny enjoyed helping others and always had time to listen. He moved to Oregon in 1979 and spent his time maintaining a home for his family. Mr. Critelli is survived by his wife of 59 years, Ann (Berds) Critelli; his daughter, Marianne Critelli and son, Michael Critelli, both of McMinnville, OR; two grandchildren and one great-grandson. He is also survived by his sister, Joannie (Franco) Scalzo; a niece and nephew, all of Italy; a maternal uncle, Charles Tedesco of Niagara Falls, NY and several cousins. Family and friends are invited to attend a Committal Service on Wednesday, November 23rd at 1:30 PM in St. Joseph’s Cemetery Mausoleum, 3806 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY, with Rev.
