VIGRASS-Arthur L.
Vigrass, 66, of
Tonawanda, Tuesday
(July 24, 1979) at
Degraff Memorial
Hospital after a long
illness. A native of
Tonawanda, he was a
brother of Ernest L.
Vigrass, Jr.,, who died in
1968 and Evelyn Voisinet
who died in 1965. Mr.
Vigrass had been em-
ployed by the City of
Tonawanda Public
Works Dept. for 17 years,
retiring iin 1976 and was a
member of St. Mark's
Episcopal Church in
North Tonawanda.
He is survived by his
wife, Elsie (nee Koch)
Vigrass; two daughters,
Mrs. Charles (Joanne)
Huey of Gasport, N.Y.,
and Mrs. William
(Kathleen) Jay of North
Tonawanda; two sons,
James (Wanda) Vigrass
of North Tonawanda and
Kenneth L. Vigrass of
T o n a w a n d a ; four
sisters, Mrs. George
(Beatrice) Bacon, Mrs.
Alice Ekins, Mrs. Olive
Horan and Mrs. Wallace
(Emma) Jaenecke, all of
T o n a w a n d a ; two
b r o t h e r s , Wilbert
(Dorothy) Vigrass of
Tonawanda and Robert
(Dorothy) Vigrass of
Newfane, N.Y.; 13
grandchildren and
several nieces and
nephews.
Friends may call from
7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday at John O.
Roth Funeral Home,
Morgan and William
Sts., Tonawanda where
services will be conducted
at 11 a.m.
Thursday by the Rev.
Canon Alexander A.
Corti. Burial at City
Cemetery Tonawanda.
