He is s u r v i v ed by his wife, J o s e p h i n e , nee Wurtenber- ger and t h r e e sons. Earl of .North Tonawanda, Glenwood and I r a of Amherst, one daughter. Verna, two grandchildren, three b r o t h e r s . Charles, Alvin and Eugene and two sisters. Mrs. Ida Fick, North Tonawanda and Mrs. J o h n F r e c h e t t e of Oscoda, Michigan. The funeral will t a k e place' Tuesday, afternoon at 2.30 from h i s l a t e r e s i d e n c e . Interment will be at Bear Ridge cemetery. Rev J o h n Sprock officiating.
