Miss Joan Marie Zellner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Frank Zellner, 822 Freeman St., was married, June 15, to
Charles Robert Britton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Britton,
Minerva St., in Ascension Church.
The Rev. Francis Hunt officiat-
ed before an altar decorated with
summer flowers
The bride's gown of chantilly ny-
lon lace, trimmer wit sequins,
was fashioned with a sabrina neck-
line and long sleeves. The full
skirt featured a lace panel in
front and back tiers of nylon tulle
ending in a chapel length train.
Her veil was caught to a queen's
cronw trimmed with sequins and
seed pearls. She carried an or-
chid and white carnations on a
prayer book.
The Misses Terry Wirth, Joan
Kwiencinski and Patricia and Bev-
erly Britton were bridal attend-
ants. They wore gowns of eyelet
embroidery over blue and tiny bllue
crown headpieces with veiling.
They carried mixed flowers in lace
umbrellas.
Gary Corkum, Jerome Eisenhau-
er, James Britton and Albert Zell-
ner attended the bridegroom.
The bride's mother chose an
aqua dress for her daughter's
wedding complemented with white
accessories. A navy blue dress
with white accessories was the
choice of the bridegroom's moth-
er. The bride's grandmother, Mrs..
Mary Mollnow, wore a white cot-
ton lace dress with orchid trim
and her other grandmother, Mrs..
Anthony Zellner, selected a print
dress. All the ladies wore orchid
corsages.
A breakfast in Warren's Lounge
feted the bridal couple.
A reception in American Legion
Hall for 250 guests included friends
from Ohio, Pa., Buffalo, Cheekto-
waga, Niagara Falls, and Roches-
ter.
The couple is at home in 144
Monroe St., Warren, Ohio, after a
trip to the New England States
and New York City.
Miss Terry Wirth, Mesdames
Russell Britton, Frank Zellner,
Mary Mollnow, Joseph Whiteside
and Edward Besecker were host-
esses at prenuptial parties for the
bride.
