Mr. and Mrs. William Blonkowskl

engagement of their daughter, Helen
F., to Matthew Dubai, son of
Mrs. Michael Dubai of Medina.

officiated at a Nuptial High Mass
solemnised Sept. 17, at St. Joseph's
Church, uniting in marriage Miss
Helen P. Blonkowskl. daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. William Blonkowskl
of Waterman Street, and Matthew
Dubai of Medina. Multi-colored
gladioli banked the altar for the
ceremony where the bride was giv
en in marriage bv her father.
She was attended by her two sis
ters. the Misses Loraine Blonkowskl.
as maid of honor, and Dolores
Blonkowskl as bridesmaid. The
groom chose John Maryanowski of
Medina as best man and his brother,
Casimer Dubai, also of Medina,
as usher.
FAILLE BRIDAL GOWN
The bride's faille gown was fashioned
with an Illusion neckline highlighted
by Inserts of imported lace,
long sleeves tapering to points over
the wrists, and full skirt swept into
a chapel-length tram. Her fingertip
veil was crowned with a sweetheart
brim of pleated faille. A string
of pearls and matching earrings, gift
of the groom, complemented her ensemble.
Her bouquet of white roses and
carnations, tied with a satin ribbon,
was used as a centerpiece at
a reception for 200 guests held at
the home of her parents during the
afternoon. The bridesmaids wore
blue and vermiUion chiffon gowns
styled with fold necklines and full
skirts, their chiffon gauntlets, be-
ing complemented by rhinestone
bracelets, gifts of the bride. They
wore flower headdresses and bou-
quets of yellow carnations and blue
pompons.
Mrs. Blonkowskl, mother of the
bride, favored a navy blue chiffon
dinner dress with navy accessories
and a red rose corsage. The
groom's mother, Mrs. Dubai, chose
a green silk ensemble and matching
green accessories, with a redrose
corsage.
WEDDING DINNER
A dinner for members of the immediate
families was served at the
Park Hotel. Summer flowers
adorned the archways of the bride's
home for the reception, with t he
mantel of the fireplace being centered
with a bouquet of red roses.
Guests were present from Buffalo,
West Seneca. Medina and Oleott.
Before leaving on their wedding
trip to the Thousand Islands and
Canada, the bride changed to a
navy blue suit with, navy blue poke
bonnet and accessories accented by
a red-rose corsage. On their return
the couple will live in Medina.
