He was born in North Tonawanda on June 16, 1943, son of the late LeGrand and Marquerite Siefke. Joel was retired from Bethlehem Steel Co. He was an avid NY Yankees fan. He is predeceased by his sister, the late MaryLou Soos. He is survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. Graveside services will be held THURSDAY at 9 AM in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Old Falls Blvd. The Rev. David Beutel will officiate. Arrangements by Wattengel Funeral Home.
