LOCKPORT —
Marion B. Dohring of Lockport, NY passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Northgate Healthcare Facility in North Tonawanda. She was born in Albion on April 25, 1916 and was the daughter of James and Kathryn Clark Burns.
She worked as a secretary at Harrison Radiator in Lockport until her retirement in 1981. She was a member of All Saints Parish. She had a passion for design and art and became an accomplished amateur painter. She also had a great love for animals, and kept pets all her life.
Mrs. Dohring was predeceased by her husband, William Dohring, in 1972. She was a beloved aunt and is survived by a nephew and several nieces.
A Memorial Mass will be offered on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM from All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport, NY. A graveside service will follow in Cold Springs Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Niagara County SPCA, 2100 Lockport Rd., Niagara Falls NY, 14304. Arrangements by LANGE FUNERAL HOME, INC.
