A POPULAR young Niagara Falls
man, Eugene Dorgan. 23-yearold
son of Mrs. Martha Dorgan,
of 415 Sixth street, lost his life 15
years ago today In an automobile
accident In the Lockport road near
Lockport. He was riding with Alfred
Russell, 28, of Lockport. when
the car missed a turn in the road
during a heavy rainstorm and over
tu r n e d against a boulder. A passing
motorist found both men unconscious
in the wreckage. Dorgan
died while being rushed to a hos-
pital but Russell escaped with ml-
nor though painful Injuries. Young
Dorgan, a member of a widely
known family, was employed as a
repair man by the Niagara Elec-
tric Service corporation. Besides _
his mother. he was survived by four
brothers, Clair J., Allen J-. Alex-
ander F. and Gerald, and a sister,
