Charles Allenbach who was ser-
iously injured Tuesday noon when
the truck which he was driving
ran off the road and upset in an
adjacent field, died yesterday
at his home in Getzville. The accident
occurred on the Frencb
road near the Niagara Falls boulevard
and the victim's Injuries included
a badly crushed arm from
shoulder to elbow and other lacerations
and wounds. He was removed
to the DeGraff Memorial hospital
in an unconscious condition
following the mishap.
The funeral will be held from
the late residence on the Camp-
bell boulevard, Monday afternoon
at 2 o'clock.
He is survived by his wife, Estelle
I., nee Wolf, one son, C. Robert,
and his father, Henry Allenbach.
Deceased was the brother
of Mrs Allan Human, Mrs. Harvey
Muck. Mrs. Henry Jacobi, Mrs. El-
mer Walter, Mrs. Kenneth Olendorf,
Cora, Ruth, George, Edward and
the late Mrs. Harry Kibler and
Harry Allenbach.
Mr. Allenbach was a member of
St. Paul's Evangelical Church Council,
Eggertsville, and director of
Amherst Fire Council and past
president and foreman of Getzville
Fire Department.
