Nuptial vows were repeated this
morning (September 3, 1955) at
11 o'clock at Holy Trinity Church
in a double-ring ceremony officiated
by the Rev. C. Kwiatkowski,
uniting in marriage, Miss
Ruth Marie Nogash, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs, Peter Nogash,
Roosevelt Ave., and Dr. Charles
Robert Allenbach, son of Mrs.
Charles W. Allenbach, Williamsville.
The bride, given in marriage
by her father, wore a gown of
white rosepoint lace and nylon
tulle with a long sleeved fitted
bodice and the floor length tulle
skirt, complemented by a lace
panel, was of scalloped tiers
which fell into a chapel ifngth
train. A queen's crown headpiece
held her double-illusion scalloped
veil appliqued with lace. Her
colonial bouquet was of white
roses centered by a pink orchid.
Miss Trudie Nogash, sister of
the bride, was maid of honor.
She wore a ballerina-length gown
of romance blue rosepoint lace
and tulle styled similar to the
bride's gown and a matching
crown of velvet leaves. Her
colonial bouquet was of coral
sweetheart roses and blue pompons.
Miss Alice Walter, cousin of the
bridegroom, and Miss Nancy
Long, bridesmaids, were attired
in ballerina-length coral rosepoint
lace and tulle gowns, styled
as pinafores with ruffled bustles.
They carried colonial bouquets
of blue pompons. Miss Carolyn
Krawczyk, cousin and godchild,
of the bride, was flower girl. She
wore a coral gown with a matching
bonnet and carried a, miniature
bouquet of blue pompons.
Richard Allenbach, cousin of
the bridegroom, was best man,
and Harvey Kibler, also cousin
of the bridegroom, and Fred Cadwell
were ushers. Johnny Shubsda,
cousin of the bride, was
ring-bearer.
A dinner for the bridal party
was held at the Red Coach Inn.
For the reception this evening at
the Getzville Fire Hall, the mother,
of the bride will receive
guests in an ice blue crystalette
dress with an accordion-pleated
insert accenting the skirt. White
accessories and a matching white
rose and blue pompon corsage
will complement her outfit. The
mother of the bridegroom chose
a blue nylpn chiffon dress with
a pink rose corsage.
For traveling in the Southern
states, the bride will depart in a
toast-colored linen suit with
white linen accessories and an
orchid corsage.
The couple will reside in Williamsville
on their return.
