C for Mrs. Allan Bowen. 76. a former Tonawanda resident who died yesterday in Greenville after a brief illness. A native of Tonawanda. she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank I. Alliger and had resided in Greenville for 52 years. She is survived by a daughter. Mrs. Aaron C. Groce of Greenville: a sister, Mrs. Kelsey H. Jewett of North Tonawanda; two brothers, Frank I. Alliger of Grand Island and J. Richard Alliger of Tonawanda. and three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
