He was at his home in N. Fort Myers, FL. He leaves behind his fiancee, soul-mate, Michelle (Shelly) Flores. Randy was the son of the late Norman H. and Muriel J. Heiman of Lockport. Randy will be forever missed and never forgotten by his brothers, Norman A. Heiman, Jeff Harmon (Harms) and his sister, Sandra L. Harmon; nieces, Marla and Megan and his great-nephews and niece.
