Spencerport, Jan. 16 - Frank
Amish, died at his home in Amity
Street, yesterday. Mr. Amish was
born in Hesse. Darmstadt, Ger-
many, Feb. 10, 1857, the son of the
late George and Elizabeth Amish.
When a year old he came with his
parents to the United States and
for 65 years made his home in
Ogden. He moved to Spencerport
six years ago. On march 27, 1883
he was married to Miss Elizabeth
Grasing of Ogden, who survives him.
Besides his widow he leaves one
son, Charles F. Amish, of Syracuse;
one sister, Mrs. William E. Ballard
of Spencerport; three brothers
Lewis A. Amish of Brockport and
George and Henry Amish, both of
Rochester. Funeral from the home
tomorrow afternoon at 1:45 o'clock.
Burial in Fairfield Cemetery,
Spencerport.
