Dearest mother of William Belczak of North Tonawanda and Paul (Sara) Belczak of Hawaii. Proud and loving grandmother of Cari-Anne (Brett) Ryan. Dear sister of Frank Anastasi, Lucille (Frank) Habuda, Carmelita (Leon) Bourdage and predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. No prior visitation.
