  Obituary for William C. Belczak William C. Belczak (b. 06/27/1952), loving son of Casimir A. Belczak and Rose L. Belczak and caring older brother to Colonel Paul D. Belczak (USA, Retired) passed away in his sleep on June 3, 2023. William was a longtime resident of North Tonawanda having lived his entire life in the city he adored. William’s educational background included graduating from North Tonawanda High School and later from Niagara University with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. William was dedicated to the welfare of his family. Besides the professional demands of managing his stock portfolio, William always found the time to provide exceptional elder care to both of his parents. He was instrumental in launching Paul’s successful military career as an officer in the U.S. Army and his confidence never wavered in believing his brother would succeed as a senior military officer. William was a life long supporter of the Buffalo Bills who he adamantly followed every game day. William will be greatly missed by both family and friends.
