  Medina NY Tribune - 5/4/1944 Joseph Ander, 42, a farmer living on the Rook Road, died Monday night in the Medina Municipal Ambulance as be was being taken to Medina Memorial Hospital from hit home. Death was caused by bronchial pneumonia. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Magdeline Ander; four sons, Joseph Ander with the Army Air Corps, stationed at Kansas City. Mo., Frank Ander with the Infantry, stationed in California, and John and George Ander at home; and one daughter, Magdeline Ander at home.
