Church Aug. 29 united in marriage Miss Violet Andress,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Andrees of Robinson
St., and Dean R. Stoberl, son of Louis Stoberl of Minerva St.
The Rev. Paul Fretthold offlci-
ated before an altar decorated with
mixed white flowers, palms and
candelabra.
The bride, who was given in
marriage by her father, chose a
floor-length gown fashioned of rosepoint
lace and nylon tulle over
satin. Her fitted bodice featured a
V-neckline and long sleeves which
came to points upon her wrists.
The bouffant skirt formed a sweep
at the back. A satin cap covered
with tulle caught her lace-edged
fingertip veil. White satin streamers
fell from her prayer book
which was adorned with a white
orchid.
The maid-of-honor, Mrs. Ralph
MeUenthine, carried a Colonial bou-
quet of Talisman roses. Her gown
of yellow nylon tulle was fashioned
with a V neckline, short sleeves
and tiers at the back of the skirt.
Wearing similar gowns in blue
were the bridesmaids, Mrs. Theodore
Rojek, Mrs. Victor Dzikoski
and Miss June Schaffer. Matching
half-hats of blue nylon tulle complemented
their ensembles. Their
Colonial bouquets were of yellow
roses and pink carnations.

man. Ushering were William Pickard,
Vernon F. Stoberl and William
Storey.
At the reception in the St. Johnsburg
Fire Hall Mrs. Andrees received
her guests in a blue lace
dress accented with black accessories.
