Charles J. Andres, 57 years old,
died this morning at his home, 70
Rumbold avenue. Born in Germany,
he had resided in the
Tonawandas for the past 51 years.
He was a member of the Friedens
church, Electric City Lodge, I. O.-
O. F., and the North Tonawanda
Labor assoSation. He leaves a
wife, Minnie; a daughter, Mrs.
Albert Braun, Uniontown, Pa.;
two sons, Clarence H., North
Tonawanda and Harold J., Niagara
Falls; two step-sons, Elmer
Behrnes, Niagara Falls, and Ar-
thur Behrnes, North Tonawanda;
three brothers, Robert, Los An-
geles, and Walter and Otto, Ton-
awanda; three sisters, Mrs. Nath-
an Hawthorne, Providence, R. I.;
Mrs. Fred Globe, North Tonawan-
da, and Mrs. Thomas Mileham,
Tonawanda, and three grand-
children. rites will be held on
Thursday afternoon at 2:30
o'clock from the residence. The
Rev. Carl Mayer officiating.
