- KRUPP - Elmer A. Krupp Sr.. 69, of 133 Keil St., North Tonawanda, died Friday (May 30, 1969) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a 10-day illness. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, he had been employed at Remington Band for 38 years, retiring in 1964. For the past three years he was a school crossing guard at Payne Avenue and Wheatfield Street. A member of Friedens United Church of Christ, he was in the church choir for 54 years. He was a 25-year member of Columbia Hook and Ladder Company, a member of Electric City Lodge 663. IOOF, past president of the Remington Rand 25 Year Club, a member of the Col. Payne School PTA. and the Twin City Choristers. Survivors include his wife. Myrtle Mileham Krupp. five sons, Edward W. of San Francisco, Harold A.. Elmer A. Jr. and John W.. all of the Tonawandas, and Sgt. Warren T. Krupp of the U.S. Air Force, stationed in the Philippines; a daughter! Mrs. James Brodefuehrer of North Tonawanda; two brothers, William and Carl of the Tonawandas: two sisters, Mrs. Myron Zimmerman of the Town of Tonawanda and Mrs. Clara Borsos of San Diego, and 10 grandchildren. Friends mav call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wattengel Funeral Home Inc., 307 Oliver St.. North Tonawanda, where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. Carl K. Marks officiating. Burial in Elmlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friedens United Church of Christ.
