Oneida -. Erwin E. Campbell
Sr., 76, of Sylvan Beach,
a former-auto- dealer in
Oneida, died Friday In the
Oneida City hospital from injuries.
he suffered in a fall
and from pneumonia.
Dr. George R. Kinsella,
Madison County coroner, aft-
er an autopsy, said that Mr.
Campbell suffered three brok-
en left ribs and pneumonia
developed. He was admitted
to the hospital at 2:30 p.m.
Friday.
Mr. Campbell, police said,
fell while at the Zimmerman
Boarding Home, 239 Lexing-
ton Ave., where he lived.
He was born at North Bay.
He leaves six sons, Spencer,
Sylvan Beach; Edward, Oneida;
Erwin, Jr. with the U. S.
Navy; Albert, Buffalo, and
martin and Kenneth, Port-
ville; two daughters, Mrs.
Mercy Mathews, Buffalo and
Mrs. Cora gilliam, Batavia,
and a sister, Mrs. Grace Camp-
bell, New Rochelle.
The funeral will be at 10
tomorrow from the Campbell-
Dean Funeral Home, with the
Rev. Robert J. Harman, Pre-
byterian minister, officiating.
Burial will be in North Bay
Cemetery.
Calling hours at the funeral
home are from 2 to 4 and 7 to
9 today.
