  ARBEITER - Robert C. Age 67, of North Tonawanda, passed away January 9, 2022, in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital, following a brief illness. Robert worked as a mechanic for the North Tonawanda Police Department for 30 years. He was the owner and operator of the Downtown Auto Center for 35 years. He was a member of the Third Warders Social Club, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1411 and a 50-year member of the Sweeney Hose Fire Company. He was the son of the late Rudolph and Beatrice Arbeiter; beloved husband of Donna (nee Kobee) Arbeiter; father of Mark (Ilona) Arbeiter; stepfather of Justin (Ashley) Eason and Caitlin (Josh) Vaccaro; grandfather of Adler and Bria; brother of Patricia (Ronald) Lake and the late Linda Plau; uncle of several nieces and nephews.
