  WESTPHAL - Jennie E. Westphal, 94, of North Tonawanda Monday (Feb. 17, 1975) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Westphal was a member of Payne Avenue Christian Church and the Loyal Circle Class of the church. Wife of the late Charles Westphal, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Hazel) Ossman of North Tonawanda; a son, Clifford Westphal of Tonawanda; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Schoelles of Tonawanda and Mrs. John Whiteley of Cooper City, Florida; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services were conducted today at the Wattengel Funeral Home. Inc., 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda with the Rev. Robert L. Cook officiating. Burial in Elmlawn Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to Payne Avenue Christian Church.
