  Robert W. McCoy, 69, of Youngstown, died peacefully on Saturday, December 24, 2016 in Mount Saint Mary's Hospital. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, he was a 1965 graduate of Niagara Falls High School and a 1972 graduate of the University of Buffalo. He had a long career in planning and development with the City of Niagara Falls, in his own business RWM Enterprises, and then for the Niagara Aerospace Museum. Robert is survived by his wife, Patricia (Argy) McCoy; his daughters, Cana (Nathan) Williams and Maren (Jonathan) Kyle; and three grandsons. He is also survived by his brothers, Ronald McCoy and William (Janis) McCoy; and many other family and friends. In keeping with Bob's wishes, there will be no visitation as he has donated his body to the University of Buffalo Medical School. A memorial celebration will be held by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Youngstown Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 387, Youngstown, NY 14194.
