Beloved father of Richard (Kristen) Phillips and Robert (Rory) Phillips. Grandfather of Emily, Charlene, Corina, and Nicholas. Great-grandfather of Noah and Ellie. Brother of Timothy (Linda) Phillips, Michael Phillips, and Jill (Timothy) Poole. Uncle of several nieces and a nephew.
