Mrs. Helen L. Greenwald, 51,
of 8196 W. Rivershore Drive,
died Thursday (Sept. 12, 1963)
at Mount St. Mary's Hospital
She had been ill about a year.
Mrs. Greenwald t o g e t h e r
with her husband, George E.
Greenwald, operated a florist
shop in Buffalo Avenue for
the last 12 years.
She was a director of the
Cataract Chapter, National
Campers and Hikers Association;
a charter member of the
Niagara Power Squadron, La-
Salle Yacht Club, and she was
a member of LaSalle Griffon
Post No. 917, Veteran of Foreign
Wars Auxiliary.
She also was a worker of the
Women's Auxiliary of LaSalle
American Legion Post No.
1142.
Mr. Greenwald is her only
Survivor.
Funeral services will be held
at 1:30 p.m., Monday at the
Lane Funeral Home with Rev.
Cuthbcrt MacLean, rector of
St. Stephen's E p i s c o p al
Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Oakwood
Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4
p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m daily,
