  Niagara Gazette - 1/24/1972 NORTH TONAWANDA - Gerald W. Arnts 71, of 58 East Felton St, died unexpectedly Sunday (Jan. 23, 1972) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. He was formerly employed at the Union Carbide Co. in Niagara Falls for 45 years, retiring in 1961. He was a member of the Third Presbyterian Church. Survivors include three daughtes, Mrs. Raymond (Helen) Tessmer of Springfield, N.J. and Mrs. James (Betty) Grapes, and Mrs. Laverne (Barbara) Fahs,- both of this city; a son, Gerald W. Arnts Jr. of Huntsville Ala.; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Benson, and a brother, Fred Arnts, both of this city; 11 grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren. Funeral services will be heid at 2 p;m. Tuesday' at the Fretthold Funeral Borne with the Rev. Thomas S. Woods officiating. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. Friends may call today.from 2 to 4 and 7, to 9 pjrn. at the funeral home.
