  Niagara Gazette - 12/17/1954 TONAWANDA, Dec. 17-Carlton R. Austin, 70, of 50 West Main St., Galeton, Pa., died Wednesday, according to word received here today. He is survived by his wife, Nanna Austin, two sons, Ralph A., this city, and Harry N. Austin, Lockport; one daughter, Mrs. Olive Nevin, Newfane, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Friends may call at the Hilliard Funeral Home here after noon tomorrow, where services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
