Gilcart, 72. of Tonawanda,
u n e x p e c t e d l y T u e s d a y
(Nov 2. 1982) A lifelong
resident of Tonawanda,
Mrs Gilcart was a past
president of the Senior
Citizens Assoc , and an
active member of Grove
Street Christian Church.
She was the wife of the late
Harry C Gilcart
Mrs Gilcart is survived
by a daughter. Ms Myrna
Powell of Buffalo, two
sons, Ronald (Shirley)
Gilcart of Tonawanda and
T ' S g t Gerald (Joy)
G i l c a r t , U.S.A.F. in
Kngland: two sisters, Mrs
Thomas (Alberta) Turtle of
Tonawanda and Mrs.
Amelia Boehnke of North
Tonawanda and a brother,
Maynard (Doris) Awaldt of
North Tonawanda, also
surviving are six grandchildren
and many nieces
and nephews
The family will be present
from 7 9 p.m. Wednesday
and 2-4 and 7-9
p.m.. Thursday only at the
Hamp Funeral Home, Inc.,
Adam and Seymnour St.,
Tonawanda Friends are
invited to attend a Memorial
Serlvce at 7 p.m.,
Thursday at the Grove
Street Christian Church,
the Rev Richard Speck
officiating Interment at
Elmlawn Cemetery will be
held privately If desired,
memorials to Grove Steet
Christian Church are pre-
ferred by the family.
