NORTH TONAWANDA-
Lester H. Babcock, 71,
of: 150 1/2 Clair Ave., died
Saturday (July 13, 1968) in
DeGraff Memorial Hospital
after a short illness.
Born in North Tonawanda,
he had resided in Niagara
Falls for many years before
returning here 11 years ago.
He was employed at the
General Abrasive Co. before
retiring six years ago.
Surviving are his wife,
Margaret (Hy) Babcock; four
sons, Robert W. of California,
and Richard A., George E.
and Lester L. Babcock of this
city; three daughters, Mrs.
David Jackson, Mrs. Donald
Champlin and Miss Barbara
Babcock all this city; three
stepsons; four stepdaughters;
43 grandchildren; 2 greatgrandchildren
and three
sisters, Mrs. Cora McCarthy
of Niagara Falls, and Mrs.
William Nolan and Mrs.
Wesley Hayes both of
California.

Tonawanda, where services
Park Cemetery, Niagara
