7. 1954) at the Buffalo Veterans DUTCHER-William D. Dutcher
Administration Hospital. Born in
Reading, Mass., Mr. Badger had
resided in the Tonawandas for the
past 35 years. He is survived by
his wife, Elma Badger; of China
Lake, Calif.; three stepchildren,
Hiram Meyer and Robert Meyer of
Tonawanda, and Mrs. Ruth Hein
of China Lake Calif. He was em-
ployed at the Spaulding Fibre Co
for the past 25 years. Active in vet-
erans affairs, he was a member
and past commander of Post 264,
American Legion; the Last Man's
Club of the Legion and Volture 388
of the 40 & 8. Friends may call at
the Hilliard Funeral Home, 147
Delaware St., Tonawanda, where
funeral services will be held at 2
p.m. Saturday, the Rev. Carl E.
Berges officiating. Interment at
St. Matthews Cemetery. Military
honors will be conducted under
auspices of Post 264, American Le-
gion.
